All tables were rectangular, fitting 14 guests each. Tables were group into Hogwarts houses.

Simple cake, yes. But the meaning? Not so much. This is my husband's idea: the cake symbolizes the union of houses Gryffindor and Ravenclaw, where he and I belong to, respectively. Wit beyond measure, eh? ;)
Cupcake giveaways were quite simple too, as I have instructed :)
